A nice chianti and some fava beans should go well with Ranger.
Seriously, do some searches, read the descriptions and come up with a basis. Nobody is going to design a team build for you. Each spirit has effects on the game as a whole, simply choose the ones you like and then use builds that take advantage of it - for example, Symbiosis gives extra health for each enchantment on players. This would work well if you ran a lot of enchantments and enchanment removal. Now figure out classes to go in it and you have a theme. Once you have the theme down it will be easier to help out, but even then people aren't going to want to do all the work - they'll then point out that monks have good enchantments, that necromancers are the best at removing enchantments, so you'll want those, etc, etc....

Depending on the rangers n their skills a team build around spirts and long range bows can do very well with the right skills... two days ago i went to HoH against a Korean team which many thought they probably did the HoH trick. I believe they had 3-4 Rangers 3 Monks and 1 Nec (not including secondary classes) and pounded the team holding the alter. They had at least 2 of each spirit up natures renewel, frozen soil, symbosis, winnowing winters and favorable wind so if one spirit drops another goes up. They took the alter n we couldnt get their hero down and we were a spiker build, after our lost I noticed that team held the alter for at least 6 consecutive more HoH.
Today I had a similar build against me at Burial grounds that destroyed our spiker team within 2mins. I'll admit the team I was on wasn't the greastest but should have lasted longer. They knew I was the caller n struck me as I was starting a Lightning Chain after that it was all over. With that said I wouldnt underestimate rangers anymore. Rangers are very effective when used correctly.

How exactly do natures renewal and symbiosis help you, especially if you are using both at the same time? One helps enchants, one hates them, I dont get it.

It's in hope that the enemy has no idea what's going on. Droping Nature's Renewal removes all enchantments (like everything Elementalists do to buff themselves), then your team recasts your enchants (with 2X casting time) and hopes that the other team isn't ready to recast theirs.
The probelm with nature rituals is that if the other team takes them down you can be in trouble. Using 10+ of them is, however, quite a pain.
